Cameratel Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Cameratel app for iPhone and Android and to this website. Cameratel is published by GO RICH MARKETING LLC, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Cameratel you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your licence to use Cameratel

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Cameratel on devices you own or control, for your own personal or business videos. On iPhone, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; on Android, the Google Play terms apply. If these terms and the store's terms conflict, the store's terms win for matters the store controls, such as billing and refunds.

2. Free recordings and Cameratel Pro

• Cameratel includes three free recordings so you can try every tool. Free recordings can be watched inside the app.
• Cameratel Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited recordings, saving to your photo library, sharing, caption export and burned-in captions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may differ by country. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• If we offer promotional codes, a code unlocks Pro for the period stated with it, may be used only once, has no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn.

3. Your content

Your scripts, recordings and captions belong to you. They are stored on your device and we do not receive them (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you record and share, including having the rights to any music, images or other material you use and the permission of anyone else who appears in your videos.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not use Cameratel to break the law or to create or share content that infringes other people's rights, harasses, defames or deceives people in a harmful way. Do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it, and do not try to bypass the subscription or any security measure.

5. Features that depend on your device

Voice Follow uses your phone's speech recognition service, and Eye Contact AI, background effects and captions depend on the camera, lighting, language and device. Results can vary, and some features may not be available on every phone or in every language. Eye Contact AI adjusts how your eyes appear in a video; use it responsibly.

6. Keep a copy of important videos

Takes are stored inside the app on your device. Uninstalling the app, resetting your phone or losing it can delete them. Save or export videos you want to keep.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on services from Apple and Google (app stores, payments, speech recognition and the MediaPipe library). Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimer

Cameratel is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the app will be error-free or always available, or that it will meet every need.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, videos, profits or business, arising from your use of Cameratel. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Cameratel Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes and ending these terms

We may update the app and these terms. When the terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. If you keep using Cameratel after an update, the updated terms apply. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it; we may end your licence if you seriously break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
