How do I restore my Cameratel Pro subscription?
Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android open Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Voice follow isn't following me. What can I do?
Check that microphone and speech recognition permissions are allowed, choose your speech language in the prompter settings and record in a quiet place. If speech recognition is unavailable, the app switches to voice paced scrolling.
My eyes look over-corrected or unnatural.
Use After recording mode and tap Enhance eyes in the player, calibrate by looking into the lens for two seconds, and lower the strength. Avoid enhancing a take that was already corrected live.
Where are my videos saved?
Every take is stored inside the app under Takes. With Pro you can save it to Photos or your gallery and share it to any app.
How do I export subtitles?
Open a take, tap Captions and choose Export captions (.srt) or Burn captions into video. Both need Cameratel Pro.
How do I change the app language?
Open Settings in the app and pick a language under App language. The speech language for voice follow is set separately in the prompter settings.
I used my three free recordings. What now?
You can still watch your takes in the app. Subscribe to Cameratel Pro for unlimited recordings, saving and sharing.
How do I delete my data?
Delete scripts and takes inside the app, or uninstall Cameratel to remove everything stored by the app on your phone. We do not keep copies of your videos or scripts.
Does Cameratel work on iPad or computers?
No. Cameratel is designed for phones: iPhone with iOS 15 or later and Android phones with Android 8.0 or later.
